had responsibility for product directions, services delivery and sales in the Americas.  Prior to Sapiens, Bob was with Seer Technologies as the Corporate Director of Worldwide Training and Sales Support.   At Seer, Bob managed several worldwide functions, including sales support, product support, internal and external training, customer programs and satisfaction, consulting administration, and channel programs.  During Bob's twenty year career with IBM, eighteen years included  executive and middle management, with responsibility for sales, marketing, support, product planning, product development, consulting services, customer programs, distribution channels, market development and equity alliance development and management. Bob's consulting expertise comes from a wealth of experience in operational management, business development and cross-industry solutions.
