| TEC is an international community of chief executives, with over 8,400 members in major metropolitan areas throughout the United States and 15 other countries. TEC members run companies that total more than $160 billion in annual sales and have nearly 3 million employees. BY INVITATION ONLY Membership is by invitation only. Chief executives must be willing to talk openly about their own business decisions, give honest feedback to fellow members and contribute to the success of others. THE TEC CHAIRMAN TEC groups are facilitated by the TEC Chiarman, a successful business person with significant business and leadership experience and over 25 days of detailed training and certification on the TEC program and process. TEC Chairmen receive ongoing training and take a minimum of 5 days additional training per year.
